Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (a securely hashed password or OAuth tokens from Google).
Usage & Content Data: We collect information about your interactions with the Service, including queries you submit, conversation history, watchlists, saved charts and layouts, screens and strategies you build, price alerts, and trade-journal entries you create.
Brokerage Data (optional): If you choose to connect a brokerage account, we receive an access token and account data such as your holdings, positions, orders, and margins so we can display them and route orders you initiate. Broker access tokens are stored in encrypted form and are typically valid for a single trading day.
Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment processor, Razorpay. We receive limited transaction details (such as plan, amount, and status) but do not collect or store your full card or bank account details.
Device & Technical Information: We may collect device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location, and diagnostic and error logs to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Our AI features use third-party large-language-model (LLM) providers to interpret your queries and generate responses. When you use these features, the text of your query and relevant market data context may be sent to those providers for processing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your inputs to train third-party public models where a provider offers controls to prevent it. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon as advice.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data such as broker tokens. Authentication uses a short-lived access token held in your browser's session storage together with a secure, httpOnly session cookie and CSRF protection; sessions expire after a period of inactivity.
