By accessing or using TickerTalk ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
TickerTalk is a stock market analytics platform for Indian markets. It provides interactive charts, screeners and strategy builders, sector and heatmap analytics, a knowledge graph, a trade journal, real-time and historical market data, and AI-powered natural-language querying of data for companies listed on the NSE and BSE exchanges. Certain features let you optionally connect a supported brokerage account to view your holdings and place orders. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and may change over time.

All information, analytics, AI-generated responses, screens, and other content provided by the Service are for educational and informational purposes only and must not be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend any specific securities, investments, or strategies. Stock market investments are subject to market risks, and past performance is not indicative of future returns. Always consult a qualified, registered financial professional and read all scheme/offer documents before making investment decisions. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and exchanges. Depending on your plan and market conditions, prices and other data may be delayed (Free-plan quotes may be delayed by up to 15 minutes) or provided on a near-real-time basis. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, which may be delayed, interrupted, or contain errors. You should independently verify information before relying on it.
Connecting a brokerage account is entirely optional. TickerTalk is not a broker, exchange, or clearing member and does not execute trades. Any orders you initiate through the Service are routed to and executed by your chosen broker under their terms, and are subject to their approval, margins, charges, and risk controls. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming every order and for all resulting trades, profits, and losses. We are not liable for order rejections, delays, mis-execution, connectivity failures, or losses arising from broker systems or your use of trading features. You authorize the Service to access your broker account only for the actions you initiate, and you may disconnect your broker at any time.
The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (such as Pro and Elite). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods. Prices, plans, and features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting active subscriptions. Applicable taxes may be added.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

The Service relies on third parties, including authentication providers (such as Google), payment processors (Razorpay), market-data and brokerage providers, and AI/large-language-model providers used to generate responses. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services.
The Service, including its original content, software, design, features, and functionality, is owned by TickerTalk and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a limited license to process it to operate and improve the Service. Market data and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TickerTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
